Edgewater:
an interesting community in the Upper Columbia Valley of British
Columbia, Edgewater is a well-planned, comfortable old village offering the convenience of a town in a spectacular natural setting.
The family making up Edgewater Developments Ltd has been involved in the growth and development of the
village since 1942. We have aimed to follow the original concept of a self-supporting agriculture and
trades-oriented community with a diversity of occupations and pursuits available to the resident. The opportunities are there for the resident to choose from.
We have 37 lots and one acreage remaining in the Edgewater District, everything from lovely view lots to wooded rangeland, commercial zoned business locations, and a light industrial park.
Over the years, Edgewater has been the choice for many people engaged in outdoor pursuits such as guiding,
hunting, recreation, logging and farming. The trades, the Arts and Music, gardening and crafts are also well
represented. There is also opportunity for cafe and hospitality business in the Edgewater District
