We built this street and serviced it in 1981. It has since turned-out to be a pretty nice neighbourhood of neat, owner-designed houses and active young people. The view isn't bad either,
in any direction. Lots are from around 50 feet wide and 90 feet long to 75 feet by 180 feet long. There is town sewer, water, and hydro service serving these Crescentwood homes. |
